You've gotta love this kid rocking out in the family computer/sewing room (dig the sewing machine in the background). I must admit, right down to the sloppy fro, this looks like me circa 1982 (if the internet existed, and I had smaller glasses) with my cheap-ass Fender Strat Fake and my Gorilla amp. Even if I was more of a Rush man myself. Behold.

Current Interweb Obsession - Wolfgang's Vault
Wolfgang's Vault is essentially a rock memorabilia store with one fantastic draw. The Concert Vault is a wonderful collection of good to sublime quality live recordings of most of the major classic rock bands, plus a relatively strange smattering of popular (Duran Duran), and not so popular (Wishbone Ash) acts from the mid 60's through the mid 80's. All the recordings are available for streaming and many include excellent write ups that help to set the scene for the concerts. Children of the 80's will note a good percentage of bands from that era, including Culture Club, A Flock of Seaguls, The Cure, and Billy Idol who are not ordinarily spoken of in "great live band" conversations (at least not mine).
